Elizabeth Ashley Fox-Jensen is a researcher and designer based between Sweden and Denmark, holding a PhD in Digital Humanities from the University of London’s School of Advanced Study (2025), with research at the intersection of design, digital humanities, and accessible design. She is Principal Investigator of an interdisciplinary VIP Deepfake Democracy Project (SDRC, Malmö University), examining how AI-generated media threatens democratic resilience in European contexts, and was awarded a STINT Teaching Sabbatical Fellowship at UCLA for Autumn 2026. Her practice spans 25 years across books, exhibitions, and digital interfaces, including Denmark’s Best Designed Book award (2015) and exhibition design for Hunter College Art Galleries, New York, and she is Lecturer and Co-Program Director of the Graphic Design bachelor’s program at Malmö University's School of Arts and Communication (K3) with the Culture and Society department (KS).
